P ricing of our pest control service is generally based on the size of your home. However, acreage properties, remote-area homes, and properties with unique pest problems may be priced differently than outlined below. Before service is rendered, our technician will go over your pest plan in detail including definite costs. Following are our general pricing guidelines:

Service Protection Plan
Mr. Exterminator's service protection plan is a renewable annual contract that offers quarterly treatments with free re-treatments (on request). Accounts paid in advance for the full year receive a 10% discount. The plan protects your property from infestations of the following pests:

- Black Widow Spiders
- Wasps/Yellow Jackets
- Pillbugs/Sowbugs
- Fleas/Ticks (inside only)
- Ants
- Roaches
- Beetles
- Box Elder Bugs

- Crickets
- Silverfish
- Centipedes
- Millipedes

NOTE: Service does not include control or prevention of wood-destroying pests such as termites or other wood-destroying organisms.
One-Time Service
One-time treatments are also available. The cost of a one-time treatment is the same as a quarterly charge on the service protection plan, but it does not include a warranty or a period of free re-treatments.
