Service Protection Plan
With Moxie's Pest Protection Program, not only will we control your current pests, but help prevent any future invaders. Moxie will return the following month to rid the home of any surviving adult pests and prevent new hatchlings from reproducing. Because most infestations originate outside, your technician will focus on the outer perimeter of the home and outlying areas of the yard. Future service treatments will be exterior-only, without requiring you to be home or having to worry about scheduling conflicts.
Moxie Pest Control's service protection plan is a renewable annual contract that offers quarterly treatments with free re-treatments (on request). The plan protects your property from infestations of the following pests:

- Pillbugs/Sowbugs
- Ants

One-Time Service
One-time treatments are also available. The cost of a one-time treatment is the same as a quarterly charge on the service protection plan, but it does not include a warranty or a period of free re-treatments.
Pricing
At Moxie Lawn & Pest Control, we base the pricing of our pest control service on the size of your home. However, pricing can vary from the prices listed below for acreage properties, remote-area homes, and properties with unique pest problems. Before completing any service, our technician will go over your pest plan in detail including definite costs. The following are our general pricing guidelines:
